IMHU is offering this special support group in collaboration with PsychedelicsToday.com. Open for 10 people only. We'll keep the group small to enhance opportunity for sharing. One result of extreme stress: some people are awakening but with no orientation to what that state of awakening consciousness is all about. Also, as more people explore psychedelics, and commit themselves to yoga, and spiritual practices--there is an increased need to integrate, i.e. make sense of, the unusual states of consciousness that evolve or suddenly descend and demand attention. This live, online, closed group experience will offer orientation, a map of awakening, as well as resources to help with deeper understanding. It will also offer a safe space to share about one's own experiences and learn from others'. The facilitators bring decades of experience to holding space for this kind of support group. Guest Presenter

Kyle Buller is the Co-Founder and Director of Training and Clinical Education of Psychedelics Today, an online media and education platform exploring the therapeutic potential of psychedelics. Kyle's interest in exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness began at the age of 16 when he suffered a traumatic snowboarding accident. After this near-death experience, Kyle’s life changed dramatically. Kyle subsequently earned his B.A. in Transpersonal Psychology from Burlington College, where he focused on studying the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness by exploring shamanism, Reiki, local medicinal plants and plant medicine, Holotropic Breathwork, and psychedelic psychotherapy. Kyle has been studying Dreamshadow Transpersonal breathwork with Lenny and Elizabeth Gibson since October 2010. Kyle earned his M.S. in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in somatic psychology from Prescott College. Kyle’s clinical background in mental health consists of working with at-risk teenagers in crisis and with individuals experiencing an early episode of psychosis and providing counseling to undergraduate/graduate students in a university setting. Emma Bragdon is the Founder and Executive Director of Integrative Mental Health University, IMHU.org. She earned her PhD in Transpersonal Psychology in 1987 and was licensed in California as a Marriage, Family, Child Therapist in 1988. As a pioneer who has helped define the field of spiritual emergency, Emma has published 7 books and co-produced 2 documentary films. Within IMHU Emma has trained over 110 Spiritual Emergence Coaches• who are available to support individuals disoriented or in distress as they open spiritually. She also leads a small group of healthcare providers to Brazil once a year to learn about the Spiritist paradigm of mental healthcare from Spiritist practitioners.
