Our intention is to empower  those who have not yet learned how to harness their gifts and work successfully with the challenges of being an empath.

The world needs empaths now who can be actively engaged, happy, and able to be actively engaged with the world.  If you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)--you may have the gifts of leadership, and/or a visionary, and/or an artist.

Participants will learn:

  •  What the trait is
  • How this trait impacts children and adults
  •  What others have been through, e.g. emotional crises, spiritual emergencies, isolation from family and friends–even chronic pain and mental “illness”.
  • Practical suggestions  can help you fully manifest your gifts to benefit both yourself and  others.

Your Take Home:
  • A self-administered test to see if you are an empath
  • How to manage life more successfully if you have this trait
  • What the gifts are in being an empath
  • How to assist children who are empaths
  • How to stay grounded as an empath
  • What foods are best for empaths
  • What micronutrients can be helpful for stabilizing empaths
  • What to do when you feel you are absorbing others emotions
  • What to do when you are getting “too much information”
  • How to deal successfully with creating boundaries
  • Why more people are becoming empaths now

Time: At your convenience. Presentation and discussion were pre-recorded.  You can review indefinitely.

“This video conversation is full of important information for people who are empathic. It is my first introduction to empathic people and thinking about people and interactions this way. With regard to inner and outer world, it makes sense to me in a fashion which is organic and true. Most traditional types of help I have received from well meaning professionals have always left me knowing and feeling that they are only partially addressing my needs. I have had to tolerate questions about myself when not fitting into their paradigms and models. Lucky for me I have had a high tolerance for these doubts / questions and a strong connection to my empathic side.” –a recent participant
